Autovyral Money Patterns is operated by Changefactor Limited, 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. It is an AI-supported reflection and action platform for adults aged 18 or over.

2. Not a financial service

The platform is not a financial service, investment platform, wealth-management service or financial-advice business. It does not manage money, connect to bank accounts, sell financial products, recommend investments, promise financial returns or replace a regulated financial adviser.

3. AI-generated content

AI features generate personalised guidance, reflections and suggested actions from information you choose to provide. They do not provide regulated financial advice or recommend financial products. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek an appropriately qualified professional where needed.

4. Developmental status

The product is still being tested. Its scoring system is developmental, prompts require user testing, it does not diagnose financial behaviour, and its outcomes have not been independently evaluated.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your account or attempt to access another person’s information.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, redistribute or unlawfully copy the platform; bypass security; upload unlawful material; or use the service to provide regulated advice to another person.

The platform’s original content, structure, branding and software belong to Changefactor Limited or its licensors. Attributed quotations and third-party teaching remain the property of their respective owners.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features as testing continues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated response will be error-free.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the platform is provided for reflection and education, and Changefactor Limited is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on generated content or for indirect financial loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
