1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address and sign-in provider.
• Information you choose to enter, including reflections, scores, journal entries, goals, decisions and progress.
• AI-generated guidance saved with your work.
• Limited technical and security logs.
• Payment records from our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

3. How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure your account, save your progress, generate the features you request, process subscriptions and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

When you choose an AI feature, the relevant entries and scores needed for that request are sent securely through Lovable’s AI service to Google Gemini. Google processes that information to generate a response. Autovyral Money Patterns does not use your entries to train its own AI model. We cannot confirm from the platform configuration whether service providers retain request data under their own service terms, so avoid entering unnecessary highly sensitive information.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are reflections and suggested actions, not regulated financial advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation of a financial product.

5. Storage and retention

Your account entries and saved AI responses are kept in our secure cloud service while your account is active. A recovery copy may also be stored in your browser. We keep account data until you delete your account or ask us to delete it, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention or accounting records we must retain. We will respond to deletion requests within one calendar month and explain any information we are legally required to keep.

6. Downloading or deleting your information

You can download a report or backup from inside the platform. The export can include your entries and saved AI responses. To request access, correction, a portable copy, restriction or deletion, email info@autovyralgroup.com. The current platform does not provide a self-service account deletion button.

7. Service providers

• Lovable Cloud: account, hosting and data storage.
• Lovable AI service and Google Gemini: AI request processing when you choose an AI feature.
• Google: optional account sign-in.
• Stripe: subscription and payment processing.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or contractual protections.

9. Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, saved progress and recovery. We do not use advertising cookies in the current version.

10. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to use of your information. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our response.
